They bothe went out of their way to keep me informed on repairs and made sure all my concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Terry Jasper, Customer Relations Manager. Terry did an outstanding job of guaranteeing customer satisfaction abouve and beyond what I expected. Terry made sure all my concerns were addressed. He did everything he said he was going to do. Called me back wehn he said he would and made sure I was informed of the progress that was being made to ensure the correct repair of my truck was being made. The professionalism, integrity and the ethical prin ciples that your emaplyees have demostrated will defiantly insure that I recommend Teton Toyota to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle.

When we first went in we were looking at a 4runner, but it was way out of our price range and so after doing a little esearch we decided on the Rav4 and even though those Rav4's were flying off the lot almost faster than they could bring them in, the dealership worked with us until they could get us the one we wanted and we are very happy with it. The fact that it was low pressure and that the salesman we were working with did everything within his power to make the car we wanted down to a payment we could afford. He made our happiness with the car and our wallets his number one priority and I really appreciated that.

The personnel and the owner! came and talked talked to me freely, fairly and honestly. I didnt know dealer interactions like this actually took place.
